—Cilantro Mint Aioli—
* 1 cup cilantro leaves chopped
* half cup Recent mint sprigs
* half cup Greek Yogurt
* 1-2 Serrano pepper
* 2 Garlic cloves
* salt & pepper to style
* 1 tbsp Lime juice

•In a meals processor or a blender mix the whole lot till it’s a creamy consistency.

—INSTRUCTIONS—
* In a forged iron pan warmth oil on medium warmth and add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic paste and serrano pepper and sauté for a minute.

* Add potato chips, turmeric and salt cook dinner till potato chips are 80% cooked. Sprinkle some water if potatoes are sticking.
