Chipotle Roasted Veggie & Avocado Soften
This sandwich with roasted veggies and avocado is spectacular. What makes these sandwiches so particular is the do-it-yourself unfold that brings the whole lot collectively. * half onion, diced into bit measurement
* 1 zucchini sliced into circle
* half avocado slice
* Butter

—CHIPOTLE GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS—
* half cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
* 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
* 1 tbsp chipotle adobo sauce
* 1 tsp Pink Garlic chutney or (2 garlic cloves + crimson chili powder)
* half tsp brown sugar or honey
* half tsp cumin powder
* 1 tbsp lime juice

—INSTRUCTIONS—
* Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
* In a mixing bowl whisk olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic powder, dry oregano, cumin powder and chipotle powder.
* Add mushrooms, onions, zucchini and crimson bell peppers to the bowl and blend properly with olive oil and seasonings evenly.
* Unfold greens evenly over baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring midway by means of cooking. You need to roast the veggies till fork tender and flippantly browned.
* Whereas veggies are roasting make chipotle garlic sauce by including all of the substances In a blender and mix properly till sauce is easy.
