Greek/ Mediterranean Model Flatbread
Drained spending hours within the kitchen cooking and cleansing. Do that no-cooking, simply chopping and mixing recipe! Significantly, the simplest and healthiest semi-home made flatbread. This pizza is lighter and more energizing than conventional however simply as satisfying! You’ll be able to simply add grilled hen and grilled veggies!

—INGREDIENTS—
* 2 stonefirenaan flatbread
* 2-Three tablespoons olive oil
* ½  cup hummus
* Three Tbsp Harrisa (TJ model) or Crimson Garlic sauce( test my earlier put up for recipe)
* 4-ounces recent mozzarella, chopped
* 1/Four cup kalamata olive halves
* 1/Three cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
* 2 handfuls arugula,
* 1/Four cup grape tomatoes, diced
* 1/Four cup English Cucumber, diced
* ¼ cup purple onion, thinly sliced
* 1 tsp Oregano
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* Salt per style
* Pepper per style
* 2 tbsp tzatziki sauce
* 2 tbsp inexperienced tahini sauce ( see my earlier put up for recipe)

—DIRECTIONS—
* Combine hummus and harissa sauce and put aside.
* Combine arugula, cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and feta cheese with some salt, pepper, oregano, oil and lemon juice.
* Preheat the oven to 400 levels F.
* Brush the flatbread with olive oil on each aspect of the crust and bake it the oven for 2-Three min.
* Take out the flatbread from the oven and unfold hummus-harissa sauce and prime it with mozzarella cheese. Bake for one more 4-5 minutes, till the cheese has melted.
* Take away flatbread from the oven and prime it with the salad combine and drizzle some inexperienced spicy tahini and tzatziki sauce(not pictured) and revel in!!
