Indo-Mexican Papdi Chaat Cups
One other Fusion appetizer for the vacations!! As an alternative of constructing Papdi from tortillas, I made tortillas cups and even higher, they’re baked not deep fried. I gave you two completely different possibility for Chaat filling. You can also make Indian or Mexican fashion, or you may even combine & match!!

—Make Papdi Cups—
* Take 6 massive flour tortillas(each makes four cups)

—Indian filling Components—
Mix all of the filling components in a bowl.
* half cup b Chickpeas
* 1 cup Boiled potato
* 1/four cup Pomegranate kernels

* 2 tbsp lime juice
* 2 tbsp chopped recent cilantro
* half cups shredded Mexican mix cheeses
* Salt
—Toppings choices—
* ¼ cup inexperienced chutney
* ¼ cup tamarind chutney
* ¼ cup Garlic chutney
* ½ cup sev
* ¼ cup boondi
* 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
* 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
* Yogurt
* Bitter cream
* Jalapeño
* Queso
* Pico de Gallo
