Jalapeños- Quinoa Falafel Sliders

—Falafel Substances—
* 15.5 ozcan chickpeas rinsed and dried
* 5 Jalapeños or 10 serrano chilis
* eight garlic cloves, chopped
* 2 inch ginger piece
* 3/Four cup chopped recent parsley or cilantro (or a combo)
* 1 small onion
* 1/2 a cup cooked quinoa
* 1 tsp cayenne pepper
* 2 teaspoons floor cumin
* 1 teaspoon floor coriander
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
* salt
* pepper
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* 2 tbs tablespoons chickpeas flour or of any kind of flour

—For serving—
* Mini pitas or small burger buns (simply be discovered at Dealer joe or Shoprite )
* 1 Onion thinly sliced
* 2 Tomatoes thinly sliced
* 1 Lettuce both separated leaves or shredded
* Pink falafel sauce – test my earlier submit for recipe
