Korean-style Loaded Fries – French fries are my love language after which it’s loaded with my favourite elements, I’m in heaven!! Baked waffle fries are topped off with Korean fashion crumbled tofu, kimchi, beneficiant quantity of spicy mayo and garnished with sesame seeds, jalapeño, scallions and cilantro!!
* 1 pkg. Additional agency Tofu
* 1.5 Tbsp garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon ginger, (grated)
* 1 small onion, (chopped)
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 bag McCain Seasoned Fries
In a bowl whisk beneath elements collectively.
* 2 tbsp gochujang paste, or Sambal chile-garlic paste
* 2 tsp hoisin sauce, (you’ll be able to substitute with soybean paste)
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp water
* 1 tsp gochuru chili flakes
