Lasagne with yellow vegan ragù and dry tomatoes 💛😋

For the vegan ragù:
💛 1 small onion chopped
💛 200 g. Soya granules
💛 200 g. Yellow datterini tomate sauce
💛 10 dry tomatoes
💛 Mediterranean herbs
💛 Salt&Pepper
💛 half glass of white wine
💛 Olive oil

😋 In a pan fry the chopped onion in olive olive for a few minutes
😋 Add the soya granules (which you pre-cooked ing the directions on the bundle) and cook dinner for five min. After that, embody the white wine and enhance the cooking temperature.
😋 As soon as the wine is absorbed, add all the opposite components, combine and cook dinner for additional 15 to 20 minutes.

Use this sauce for any pasta recipe or along with Besciamella sauce for some wonderful lasagne.
