* 1/Four cup tzatziki sauce (elective)

 
—DIRECTIONS—
* Combine hummus and harissa sauce and put aside.

* In a bowl combine arugula, cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and feta cheese with some salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.

* Preheat the oven to 400 levels F. Brush the flatbread with olive oil on each facet of the crust and bake it the oven for 2-Three min.

* Take out the flatbread from the oven and unfold hummus-harissa sauce and high with mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes, till the cheese has melted.

* Take away flatbread from the oven and high it with the salad combine and drizzle some inexperienced spicy tahini and tzatziki sauce(not pictured) and luxuriate in!!
