Mediterranean Flatbread with Inexperienced Tahini

* stonefirenaan flatbread
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* ½  cup hummus
* 2 Tbsp Harrisa
* half cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/Four cup kalamata olive
* 1/Four cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
* 2 handfuls arugula
* 1/Four cup tomato, diced
* 1/Four cup English Cucumber, diced
* ¼ cup crimson onion, thinly sliced
* 1 tsp Oregano
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* salt & pepper to style
* 1/Four cup inexperienced tahini sauce (recipe on my weblog)
* 1/Four cup tzatziki sauce (elective)

 
—DIRECTIONS—
* Combine hummus and harissa sauce and put aside.

* In a bowl combine arugula, cucumber, tomato, onion, olives and feta cheese with some salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.

* Preheat the oven to 400 levels F. Brush the flatbread with olive oil on each facet of the crust and bake it the oven for 2-Three min.

* Take out the flatbread from the oven and unfold hummus-harissa sauce and high with mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 4-5 minutes, till the cheese has melted.

* Take away flatbread from the oven and high it with the salad combine and drizzle some inexperienced spicy tahini and tzatziki sauce(not pictured) and luxuriate in!!
