Paneer Bhurji
Grated Paneer sautéed with onion, tomato, veggies, and spices. Typically, a dried model of Paneer Bhurji is known in family however most Indian eating places serves the gravy model and I’ve tried to recreate it. It’s been a household favourite dish.

—Directions—
*In a pan warmth ghee on medium warmth and add cumin seeds, onions, chili-ginger and garlic paste and cook dinner for about 4-5 minutes. Onion needs to be fully cooked.
