Roasted Potato Chips w/ Zhug Sauce

* Juice from 1 lemon
* ½ cup additional virgin olive oil

—Put together Zhug Sauce—
* Add the all of the components apart from the olive oil to the meals processor and pulse till the components are chunky however not clean paste. Don’t over-process it.
