Rooster Shawarma Bowl with Saffron Rice

—Elements—
three rooster breast, cubed
1 tbs. Greek yogurt
2 tbs crushed garlic cloves
2 tbs chopped parsley
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp crushed purple pepper
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp purple chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Greek oregano
Salt per style

—Rice—
* 1 cup basmati rice
* Few threads of Saffron( soaked in 1 tsp water)
* 1 tbs ghee/butter
* 1 tsp tumeric
* 1 tsp purple chili powder
* 1 tsp cumin powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 cups water/ broth

—Technique—
-Whisk the marinade components effectively to mix. Add cubed rooster breast to the marinade, combine effectively and put aside. (Minimal 1 hour). In the meantime cook dinner rice.

-In a medium pan toast the rice in melted butter. Add the spices and saffron water to the rice, combine effectively and add water or broth. Stir effectively one and produce it to boil on decrease warmth, place the lid and let rice cook dinner for 15- 20 minutes.
