Say whats up to most tender and juicy Malai Hen Tikka! These kebabs are made with cheese, cream, thick yogurt and spices. They only soften in your mouth and tastes scrumptious. Should strive these tikka with Chile-cilantro aioli! It’s a lip smacking!!

—Components for Hen Marinade—
* 1.5 lbs Hen breast
* 2 Tbs Greek yogurt
* ¼  cup Heavy cream
* 1 Tbsp Garlic paste * 1 Tbsp Ginger paste * 2 Inexperienced chilly paste
* ¼ cup Cilantro, wonderful chopped
* ½ Tsp Garam Masala
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 Tsp kasoori methi
* 1 Tsp roasted cumin powder
* 1 Tsp Cardamom powder
* Nutmeg powder a pinch
* ¼ Tsp Black pepper powder
* Salt to style
* ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
* Chaat Masala
* 1 tbs melted butter

—Components for Chile Cilantro/Mint Aioli—

o ½ cup Contemporary coriander leaves chopped
o 10-12 Contemporary mint sprigs 
o 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
o 2 Thai Inexperienced chillies or Jalapeño
o 2 Garlic cloves
o Salt to style
o 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 2 tbs water


* Place hen items in a bowl add, yogurt, lemon juice inexperienced chili paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, Cumin powder, black pepper, and salt. Combine effectively and put aside for 20 minutes.
* Whereas hen is marinating make aioli. In a blender add all of the elements for the cilantro aioli, mix all the things till it’s a creamy consistency. Add water if wanted.
* Mash the cheese with palm of your hand and add heavy cream and Kasuri methi to it and blend effectively. Now add cream and cheese combination to the hen items, coat effectively and marinate for one more 1 hour(as much as in a single day) in fridge.
* Preheat oven 400 diploma F. Skew hen items into skewers. Place them on a baking tray, apply the remaining marinade on them and place the tray within the preheated oven. Prepare dinner (flip midway and baste them with melted butter) for about 20 minutes or until evenly completed. Brush tikkas with butter, squeeze some lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala and coriander! Take pleasure in!!
