Thai Basil Chiken
The wedding of candy, spicy and salty flavors can have you loving how straightforward it’s to make this basic dish from Thailand. It’s as quick as take-out and excellent for busy weeknight meals!!

—INGREDIENTS—
*1lb. pound rooster breast – cubed
* 1 small onion, sliced
* 2 tbsp chopped garlic
* 1 giant purple bell pepper, sliced
* 1 purple Thai chili pepper, thinly sliced or crushed pepper flakes
* 1 tbsp Sambal paste
* Three tbs Oyster sauce
* 2 tbs fish sauce
* 1 tbs lowered sodium soy sauce
* 1 tsp gentle brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 half of cups packed recent Thai basil leaves

—DIRECTIONS—
* In a small bowl, whisk collectively chili-garlic sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce,  soy sauce and brown sugar; put aside.
* Warmth oil in a big wok over medium warmth. Add garlic, onion, and chili pepper(if you’re utilizing). Prepare dinner, stirring ceaselessly, till aromatic, about 1-2 minutes.
* Add cubed rooster and prepare dinner for about 5-6 minutes.
* Add bell pepper and sauce combination and prepare dinner, stirring continually, till the sauce has thickened, about 2-Three minutes.
* Add basil till simply wilted, about 30 seconds.
* Serve it with cooked rice or rice noodles.
