This Southwestern Pasta with Chipotle Cream Sauce is one in every of my favorites!! For all those that have had a longing for some Tex Mex cooking, do this pasta dish with a southwestern twist. * half of lb Rigatoni pasta
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 white onion, chopped
* 1 tbsp garlic, minced

* half of cup black beans, drained and rinsed
