This Tandoori Grilled Cheese Sandwich is a should strive recipe for fast and simple meal.

You have to be drooling by now! Think about Grilled cheese sandwich together with your favourite Paneer and veggies in a tandoori taste lathered in a cilantro-mint sauce! It’s a win win!!


* 2 tbsp oil
* 1 pink onion, diced small
* 1 tbsp garlic, minced
* 1 serrano or thai chilis
* 1/2 cup pink bell pepper, diced small
* 1/2 cup inexperienced bell pepper, diced small
* 1 cup paneer, grated
* 1 massive potato, boiled & diced small
* 1 cup spinach, chopped
* 1 tsp garam masala
* 1 tsp pink chili powder
* 1 Tbsp Tandoori Seasoning
* 1 tsp kasoori methi, crushed
* 1/four cup chopped cilantro
* 1-2 tbsp cream or milk
* Salt to style
* 16 White American cheese slice or (your selection of fine melting cheese)
* eight slice of sourdough bread or Mini Naan
* cilantro mint aioli (recipe beneath)

—Paneer & Veggie Combination—

* In a pan warmth oil on medium warmth and add cumin seeds and let splutter for about 10-15 seconds. Add onions, garlic and inexperienced chili and cook dinner for about four minutes.

* Add bell peppers and cook dinner for couple of min. Add tandoori powder, chili powder and kasoori methi and let it cook dinner for 30 seconds. Now add potatoes and spinach and blend properly.

—Cilantro Mint Aioli—
o    1/2 cup cilantro leaves chopped
